Fox Media Company

Fox Media Company, also known as Fox Corporation, is a media conglomerate based in the United States. It was formed as a result of the 2019 corporate restructuring of 21st Century Fox, which saw the company's entertainment assets being sold to The Walt Disney Company.

Fox Corporation operates through its subsidiaries in various sectors of the media industry, including television broadcasting, cable network programming, news, and digital media. Some of its key assets include the Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox Sports, and the Fox Television Stations group.

Fox Broadcasting Company is a major television network that airs a variety of programming, including popular shows like "The Simpsons," "Empire," and "Family Guy." Fox News Channel is a prominent cable news network known for its conservative-leaning coverage, while Fox Business Network focuses on business and financial news.

Fox Sports encompasses several regional sports networks and has broadcasting rights to various sports leagues and events, such as Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Football League (NFL).

In addition to its television assets, Fox Corporation also has a presence in digital media through its digital platform, Fox Nation, which offers a subscription-based streaming service featuring conservative-focused programming and content.

It's worth noting that Fox Corporation operates separately from the 20th Century Studios film studio, which was also part of the original 21st Century Fox but became part of Disney's portfolio following the restructuring.
